Custom-Made Products

Providing products that are created specifically for our customer's needs is something that we pride ourselves on. All of our custom-fit seat covers are tailored specifically to your vehicle's year, make, and model, ensuring that they are a perfect fit for your vehicle and your vehicle alone.

However, as a result of our custom-fit seat covers being made to order, this also means that they are not fully refundable, as they cannot be re-used. We urge our customers to ensure that they are completely happy with their order before placing it. The following circumstances apply;

* If have an order and wish to cancel it before it has been shipped, we are able to provide a 65% refund.

* Once the order has been shipped, all sales are final unless the product is faulty. All custom-fit seat covers have a 2 year warranty.

Additional non-returnable items

* Clearance/Deal items

* Any items used, damaged, or with missing parts that is not at the fault of the manufacturer

* Any item that was received over 30 days ago

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require photos of the fault with the item for return. Please send your purchase back to the manufacturer’s address - it will be provided later on in the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the fault of the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pacificrestyling.com and send your item to the original manufacturer’s location, which we will provide to you once the refund has been processed.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the manufacturer’s address that we will provide for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
